In this new section we want to talk about the importance of taking care of our jewels, since they are forever and gain value every day, so we must not neglect them, spending part of our time cleaning them.
For this reason, in this post we would like to mention the tips that we apply at Velatti, so that they always maintain their optimum shine and quality.
- When you are not wearing the jewels, you should store them in the Velatti gray bag, which we always add to all orders. In this way you will be reducing the risk of scratches.
- You should always remove your jewelry when applying perfume, hair products or cosmetics. A piece of advice, it is better to put on the jewelry last, before going out the door.
- Sweat and water are not good friends for jewelry, so if you are going to exercise, our advice is to remove your jewelry before doing this activity.
- Clean jewelry by gently rubbing with a Velatti cloth, which we always add to orders, which incorporates cleaning agents for precious metals and contains an anti-discoloration barrier.
- If the gems have lost their shine a bit and it is not the same as the first day, one way to restore it again is to use a very small amount of baby oil and rub it gently with a cloth.
- The pearls are made of organic matter, so it is better to avoid contact with any material that could damage them, for this reason, the best place to protect them is to store them in Velatti's gray bag. Pearls also need special treatment and, if possible, show them some love.
- Finally, open rings are a little different from the rest, although they are also made for daily use, you have to be careful that they do not get caught.
